Blooming Western Australian Natives

Many Western Australian native trees and plants are in flower now bringing splashes of colour gardens and parks all over.

These photos were taken in my backyard this afternoon.  The clouds that had rolled in gave us a nice even subdued light.  Quite flattering for flowers.  Nice light for portraits too.
